The Sanguinarium Manifesto

Welcome to TheSanguinarium.com “The Social Network for Vampyres” is an international private network dedicated to the preservation and prosperity of Vampyre Culture, Philosophy and Spirituality. Founded in 1993 by Father Sebastiaan, master Fangsmith of the Sabretooth Clan, The Sanguinarium has gone through many evolutions into its present vision.

The Vampyre Virtues or “The Red Veils” detail the philosophy of the Vampyre culture through embracing the positive elements of the vampire mythos which include Mystery, Romance, Primal Nature, Elegance, Transhumanism, Immortality, Seduction and Empowerment. These are detailed in Father Sebastiaan’s book Vampyre Virtues “The Red Veils” which is available on Amazon.

The Vampyre Legacy Ankh is the sigilium of The Sanguinarium and was originally designed in 1996 to represent the Vampyre Virtues which would eventually become known as the Red Veils. Available as a pendant; available publicly by legendary artificers Alchemy Gothic and a members only edition made in sterling silver this sigil has also been worn by Vamyres world wide and even tattooed, branded and used as a personal symbol of power.

The Endless Night Vampire Ball events are public salons, festivals and balls hosted by members of the Sanguinarium on an international basis including Prague, Paris, London, Amsterdam, New York, Miami and the main event every Halloween in New Orleans. The Sang also hosts private meet-ups internationally organized by members of the Family.

Membership to The Sanguinarium is private and only open to members The Sabretooth Clan (Father Sebastiaan’s personal fang clients) and attendees of the Endless Night Vampire Ball. This policy is to ensure a quality community based on real world interactions and to apply requires an invite code. If you have obtained a pair of fangs from Father Sebastiaan or attended an Endless Night Vampire Ball please contact us for an invite.

Vampyres (spelled with a Y to differentiate from fantasy, Hollywood and mythological vampires) are individuals who embrace The Red Veils in whole or part as a philosophy, culture and spirituality, finding empowerment and inspiration in their daily lives from the positive elements of the vampire archetype.
